There are various places in the transaction layer docs where we could state more clearly what thing is operating on some other thing.

This is sort of a catch-all ticket to capture comments from @irfansharif that came up during a review of a different chunk of work.

Summary of comments:

• Clearer to use "implicit txns" in overview vs. autocommit
• Weird sentence structure in 1-2 places
• 'Reads' should be described before 'Writes'
• In 'Commits (phase 2)', clarify responses sent to client, what happens internally
• Some redundancy in 'Cleanup' section
• Ambiguous "their" in 'Cleanup' section
