Surface statistics information more prominently in the DB console #67510
Description
The DB console should surface information on table statistics to inform users of the potential cause of bad query plans.
- Update the Databases page to include information on table statistics specifically when statistics were created and updated.
- Surface whether auto statistics have been disabled for a cluster with the ability to update.
