The system where the cluster is running is a Windows 2012 R2 Server.

I've tried to connect to the cluster locally and also from a Windows 7 Enterprise Workstation, using the official PostgreSql x64 driver, the version I'm using is: 09.06.0410 downloaded from here:
https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/versions/msi/psqlodbc_09_06_0410-x64.zip

I'm starting the cluster with these parameters (I'm leaving out the server's host name below):

start --insecure --http-port=9090 --host=<serverhostname> --store=type=mem,size=20GiB

I see the error in the Windows ODBC Manager while trying to test the connection with these parameters:

Database: rtdb
Server: <serverhostname>
Port: 26257
SSL Mode: disabled
