In the contention table in the txn details page, txn fingerprint column should link to txn details. This link is currently broken because the txn details page expects an app name to be specified in the URL search params. We should change that so the txn details can load a matching fingerprint without the need to specify a specific app name (which is not available for contention details in txn insights).
