We currently have a cleanup process running in our accounts that deletes several resources except resources that have specific tags. The cleanup process relies on data from CQ to find out the resources that have those tags, then adds them to the allowlist so they don't get deleted. We would like to enable Elastic Beanstalk applications to be cleaned up, and for this, we need to be able to get the tag info for aws_elasticbeanstalk_applications.
