Hi, can you upgrade the otel dependencies?

There is a breaking change when we build cloudquery with go.opentelemetry.io/otel v1.39.0 (go.mod currently at 1.38.0)

I think the issue is https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector/releases/tag/v0.141.0
Components must now pass the map obtained from the host's GetExtensions method instead of the host itself.

Does not look like dependabot is creating a PR for this
