Describe the Feature

In addition to the current !aws.account_id YAML function it would be useful to have a !aws.organization_id YAML function.

Expected Behavior

!aws.organization_id should yield the current user's AWS organization ID.

Use Case

Useful for avoiding hardcoding organization IDs and complements the current AWS account ID function.
