The github team generation is now active for some time for ARD and FI WGs. Please note that any existing github team with names according to rfc-0005-github-teams-and-access.md get overwritten by the version generated from the WG charter. Other existing teams are not touched. |

Nudging WG leads directly: this PR will enable the generation of github teams based on the WG charter (see rfc-0005-github-teams-and-access.md ). @Gerg , @ameowlia, @gcapizzi: No immediate impact as the new github teams are added and you use a different team naming convention. |
- don't create empty WGs records that lead to strange github teams - more assertions in test_cf_org
