file package is missing since latest update from ubuntu docker image. and this is needed for some ci tasks within the bosh ecosystem

where i noticed the problem was within the https://bosh.ci.cloudfoundry.org/teams/main/pipelines/bosh-apt-resources as you can see it default installed with ubuntu server see https://releases.ubuntu.com/24.04/ubuntu-24.04.3-live-server-amd64.manifest i could not find a reason why it is not installed by default in the docker image |
