As mentioned in [#181](https://github.com/cloudflare/wrangler-action/issues/181#issuecomment-1765527537) and [#198](https://github.com/cloudflare/wrangler-action/issues/198#issuecomment-1767410106), errors during the wrangler installation step aren't output, with the action just failing with no indication as to why. We should not swallow the error message.
