Summary

Adds CLI documentation for Cloudflare AI Search at:
src/content/partials/workers/wrangler-commands/ai-search.mdx
src/content/docs/ai-search/reference/wrangler-commands.mdx
src/content/docs/ai-search/reference/index.mdx

Based on the wrangler ai-search command namespace introduced in workers-sdk#12868.

Documentation checklist
