I don't see anything in the goreleaser-action changes that would indicate an issue.
There is a bumping of the default node version to one that is already supported by the GitHub runners: goreleaser/goreleaser-action#432 and there is a bump in actions-core which contains a message change: goreleaser/goreleaser-action#434
