Ability to edit title/body/metadata of already open issue

### Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

It would be helpful to have another command under the issue commands to edit the description on an already open issue

### Proposed solution

```console
$ gh issue edit 621
... editor opens, contains issue body, on quit upload new issue body ...
```
