What was confusing or gave you pause?

In documentation and output of --help, there are no documentation about how to make the release to be not latest release so I would take several minutes to find out.

Are there features you'd like to see added?

--no-latest option for gh release create as a alias of --latest=false

Anything else?

Adding documentation is enough but i think --no-latest is better switch I think
