Error for invalid token is misleading.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

$ GH_TOKEN=hello-world gh auth status
github.com
  X github.com: authentication failed
  - The github.com token in GH_TOKEN is no longer valid.

Expected vs actual behavior

Don't say GH_TOKEN is no longer valid if you can't know if it was ever valid.
