Taking inspiration from git-brws, it would be good if git browse could:

1. Open permalinks (i.e. git SHA's rather than branches)
2. Output the URL it would open on the CLI (perhaps with a -N/--no-open flag?)

Often, I generate these links to share with colleagues using git-brws – it would be good if I didn't have to switch between tools and could uninstall git-brws in favour of gh once and for all. 🙂
