Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

I frequently create forks as a side effect of sending PRs - I would like to have those forks to have only the default branch from upstream rather than all branches.

I would like this to be something I can configure once rather than every time I send a PR.

Proposed solution

Better ergonomics, less noise when enumerating branches in forks.
