We're currently using GoReleaser v1.17.1, published back in April 2023. Bumping to the latest v1 is no longer an option, since v1.26.2 has been announced as the last of its generation, and is quite outdated (published in May 2024).

Since it's a critical tool in our process, we should upgrade to v2.
