Used gh release download to fetch a release binary for the first time. A few comments:

• The eight-dot single-character progress spinner is really small; it took me 10 seconds or so to notice it was doing anything.
• The spinner is printed aqua-blue even when my terminal has a white background, which is nearly invisible. Perhaps just standard text colour would be better?
• Since we're downloading a file and likely know its size pretty early, a CURL-style progress meter would be better than making me open nettop to figure out if the command has stalled or not.
