This option was deprecated and its removal was announced for Cilium 1.20, so let's drop it now that we are in the 1.20 cycle!

The previously deprecated Helm value `clustermesh.enableMCSAPISupport` was removed in favor of the `clustermesh.mcsapi.enabled` Helm value
