Bumping the LVH kernel dependencies has no impact on the Cloud workflows (they use their own kernels). Add a bunch of files to the exclusion list, so that the renovate PRs for LVH updates don't trigger the cloud workflows. Signed-off-by: Julian Wiedmann <jwi@isovalent.com>
