Due to jenkins bug: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-51454 pipeline was failing after first ci boot timeout. This change changes timeout mechanism to `timeout` cli call instead Signed-off-by: Maciej Kwiek <maciej@isovalent.com>
