Add functionality after support for CIDRS + "exceptions" to said CIDRs is merged as part of #1487 to coalesce the resultant set of allowed CIDRs across all rules into the simplest set of CIDRs possible.

  • Add library code.
  • Consume code in Cilium policy computation.
