Pull request overview
This PR reorganizes the README’s top-level sections by promoting the E2E testing information to its own section and updating the table of contents headings/anchors accordingly.
Changes:
- Updated the README table of contents to reflect the new section structure and anchors.
- Moved “End-to-end tests” out of the “For Developers” section into its own top-level section.
- Simplified the “For Developers” section content.
