This pr validate the number of test in
XpathRegressionXxxxxxXxxxxxxTestshould be atleast 3 there is a test already present incheckstyle-non-main-files-checks.xmli increased it min value to 3 and then add the files incheckstyle-non-main-files-suppressions.xmlwhich conatins less then 3 tests.
