I understand that the limit of 5 applies to active PRs, not the overall count. If it were the overall count, I would have to close all my PRs—which are quite numerous. But since open is open, drafts aren't allowed either. I apologize; I wasn’t aware of that. So, I’ll need to close all the PRs and then reopen them as needed.
