release notes page is too big - http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/releasenotes.html

so we move all releases to http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/releasenotes_old.html
and break all existing links in web to release notes.

we need to find a way to keep links alive.

As second step we also need to move more more release notes to "releasenotes_old.html" and make "Old releasenotes" be more visually separated at releasenotes.html page
