Implement module violation messages macro #13422
Description
The initial idea of having an annotation for message keys has been scraped (#13114). Since we now use macros for examples, it makes sense to make one for violation messages.
The macro should be called like
<macro name="violation-messages">
<param name="path" value="AnnotationLocation"/>
</macro>and generate the following content
