Proposal: Move new CHAOSSmonthly Newsletter completely away from Wordpress to GitHub

Pros

Currently the CHAOSSmonthly (weekly) is fully built in Wordpress.

• There are only a handful of people who have access to the WP Admin backend, so this limits who can work on the newsletter
• Regardless of who publishes this, it is a very time consuming process currently, so moving it to GitHub would be simpler and more efficient
• Creating a new page in WP that would display GitHub content would still be a time consuming process and limit who can work on this
• Hosting it on GitHub would allow more visibility for the newsletter
• We would still have traffic data for who is reading the newsletter
• The publishing process would be more transparent and less of a black-box process

Cons

• Not quite as "pretty" as it is in Wordpress; limited in design
