Hoff v0.25.8 sometimes posts duplicate comments for:

• build failed;
• CI job link.

Other types of comments do not seem to be affected.

I think this may be because it is getting duplicate notifications from GitHub. In these cases, Hoff should ignore the second notification and only post its comment once.

This should not affect functionality.

I am preparing a fix now.
