We could expose Hoff's running version number on the Web and GitHub comment interfaces. This could be useful to double-check the running version before and after we deploy Hoff.

For the web interface, we can just display the version number at the bottom, like so:

For the GitHub comment interface, we could have a command such as: @hoffbot version to which Hoff would reply: "Running Hoff v3.13.37" or something of sorts.
