Adds support for a generic Windows Cert Store format, which will import the certificate to the store and then call the update command. This is the first time we support intrinsic variables in the update command: $thumbprint and $certificate will be in scope, set to the values of the imported certificate, and can be called and passed to powershell scripts.
This also adds first-class support for RDP Terminal Services, as well as RDGateway, RDWebAccess, RDPublishing etc.
