These changes add support for a new CertKit feature that has been commonly requested: the ability to keep your private keys on your own infrastructure.

There is a new repository which holds the Keystore itself: CertKit Keystore on Github.

These changes allow the CertKit API to instruct the agent to use a Keystore for getting certificate material instead of the main CertKit app.
