This PR now includes e2e tests that verify a signing keypair can be verified, and also ensures a Certificate can be issued successfully. |

This needs docs adding, which will come in a follow up PR along with docs for all other current functionality. |

Merging now to try and get some feedback on it's use, and it also has better test coverage than the ACME implementation anyway... |
