Add a unit test around the new ocspServers and crlDistributionPoints #3636
Description
As of #3505, we decided to skip the unit tests so that the new feature would be shipped as part of v1.2-alpha.2 and would benefit from more "real" alpha testing. This issue reminds @maelvls to actually write those unit tests.
