doc [0] suggests running cleanup step after scanning extents and inodes which was missing in the func _rebuild_metadata()

@vshankar this test cases runs a workload of 117GiB (20K files each 6MiB) with parallel (7 workers) and non-parallel cleanup (i.e. just one worker). The difference here is very minor (30s-1m) but for a 350GiB workload with 30K files each 12MiB it was 15mins.
