1. wait_for_daemons() is much faster since it takes less than 5 seconds which is the interval for which we sleep right now. 2. wait_for_daemons() is more reliable. In case sleep(5) is not enough, test would fail unnecessarily. 3. wait_for_daemons() is better approach since it checks for status and doesn't wait for a fixed period of time. This patch was originally written to prevent potential bugs along with fix for https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/66088. Since Venky posted a fix for it at PR #57619, I am posting this now.
