cephadm: respect cephadm's HOME in dpkg postinst script

The installation of cephadm may fail when using a hardcoded path of cephadm's home directory. This patch uses the actual homedir.

What I can I do that someone looks at this small patch? In the current state the Debian, Ubuntu et. al. installation still fails if the $HOME directory of the user cephadm is not /home/cephadm.
