FWIW if the intention was to switch to "Ceph user ID" everywhere, a couple of places got missed in original PR.

@idryomov Thanks for that, Ilya. I'll make a follow-up pull request to catch them all in this section. By the time we've given the whole doc/rbd directory a semantic editing pass, we'll have done probably seventy percent as many of these mopping-up PRs as we have done first-pass PRs.
