Summary of Changes

Hello @jcstein, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request integrates Callum Waters as a new editor by updating the system that automatically assigns reviews and by documenting their new role in the official list of current editors.

Highlights

  • Editor Role Assignment: This PR formally adds cmwaters (Callum Waters) as an editor, updating both the automated review assignment configuration and the official documentation.
  • Automated Review Configuration Update: The .github/auto_request_review.yml file has been modified to include cmwaters in the editors group, ensuring they are automatically requested for reviews.
  • Documentation Update: The cips/cip-001.md document, which lists current CIP editors, has been updated to include Callum Waters. Notably, an accidental duplicate entry for Ethan Buchman was also introduced in this file.

Code Review

The pull request successfully adds Callum Waters as a CIP editor to the automated review assignment configuration. However, the accompanying documentation update in cips/cip-001.md introduces a duplicate entry for an existing editor, which needs to be corrected. Additionally, the YAML configuration file underwent a significant reformatting for indentation, which improves its overall consistency and maintainability.
