this is a super small nit, but could we rename cip files from cip-1, cip-2, etc.. to cip-001, cip-002, etc. this will keep ordering in the repo instead of having numbers in different order. You only need three digits since when you enter the hundreds the the first number will be a good enough differentiator.

This is nit so it can be ignored if people are fine with current flow
