…aced by Kekulisation which is (a) the more standard naming and (b) uses a much more efficient algorithm. The ATASaturationCheckerTest had an annoying dependency on AtomTypeTools in cdk-extra which causes a loop when we try to simplify modules.

Some additional simplifications needed for the "package merge"
