Related issue (if applicable): #1482
A ticket was opened against Apprise expressing confusion around it's built in tagging system. But the problem is truely the documentation that surrounds how tagging works. It can be rather confusing to interpret.
This PR aims at improving this. Similar changes have been pushed to https://appriseit.com to assist.
