As per the #21724 (review)
below components can benefit with the support of @media (any-hover: hover). avoiding any sticky hover on touch devices.

any-hover applies the hover styles based on the type of input. such that it could handle hybrid setups.
this work needs to be tested in both ways. example - #21724 (comment)
