Ubuntu on WSL: apply fixes to GPU/NVIDIA guide #283

Description

@edibotopic

Problem

Several minor improvements can be made to the guide on enabling GPU acceleration:

  • We mention NVIDIA support and setup for WSL in the docs, but AMD is also supported on some machines. AMD support should be referenced and we should link to any external AMD documentation related to WSL.
  • Link to any external documentation provided by NVIDIA or Microsoft that relates to GPU support on WSL
  • Replace non-standard note blocks with MySt-style note blocksthat are used elsewhere in the documentation
  • There is a What you Will Need section and a Prerequisites section. These should be consolidated into one section to minimise duplication.
  • The link named "NVIDIA’s CUDA Post Installation Actions" seems to link to the guide itself. The link should either be removed or updated.

Next steps

Let me know if you are interested.

You will need a Windows 11 device to complete this task.

Once you are ready to make your contribution, you can raise a PR in the Ubuntu on WSL repo (you will need to sign a CLA).
