Description
We recently moved the JAAS docs into this repo. However, there was an error in how the
jaasplugin reference displayed in the TOC. This PR solves that.There also seemed to be a build loop that caused
make runto result in a preview that updated every second. This PR also fixes that.Engineering checklist

docs/runmake clean && make runto preview the docs.
