What type of PR is this?

Add one of the following kinds:

  • enhancement/feature

What this PR does / why we need it:

A significant update, previously lacking an overall description of the API, this PR has added the following explanation in accordance with CAMARA's API DocumentationTemplate: Introduction, Relevant terms and definitions, API Functionality, Authorization and Authentication
In addition, according to @bigludo7 's suggestion, in order to cope with situations where a request for a relatively large area or a relatively long time cannot be returned through the synchronous interface, the sink attribute&sink credential object should be added to the request parameters to achieve asynchronous return of the call result

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #37

Added Introduction, Relevant terms and definitions, API Functionality, Authorization and Authentication modules, and added sink attribute&sink credential object to achieve asynchronous return of call results

@jgarciahospital The design of the callback interface is based on PopulationDensityData. Thank you for providing your ideas. If possible, I would greatly appreciate your feedback. Thanks.
