Expected behavior
e.g.

• missing in device-data-volume.yaml spec
  ** 422 IDENTIFIER_MISMATCH
  ** 422 MISSING_IDENTIFIER
  ** 404 NOT_FOUND
• missing in device-data-volume-subscriptions.yaml
  ** sink format to uri instead of url
  ** missing updated note and descriptions for date-time formats
  ** 409 ALREADY_EXISTS
• 422 UNNECESSARY_IDENTIFIER is missing in both specifications, and in the description section
• 429 QUOTA_EXCEEDED and TOO_MANY_REQUESTS is missing in both specifications
• pattern missing for x-correlator scheme missing in both specifications
