Problem description
As specified in Commonalities CAMARA API Event Subscription and Notification Guide two events could be added:

• subscription-started event to inform listener about subscription initiation.
• subscription-updated event to inform listener about subscription changes - in our case it will be the subscription status change

Possible evolution
Add these 2 events in the connected-network-type-subscriptions.yaml
