Issue Summary

Although the user timezone is correctly selected, the UI defaults to the 12 hour display format
which is scarcely used outside of the USA.

After the user changes the time format manually, to the 24 hour format, the format reverts to the
12 hour format in the following screen.

Both organizer and booker emails are received in the 12 hour format instead of what they have chosen
(that is: Organizer according to their settings on Cal.com & Booker according to their detected or user
modified format).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Cal.com free account with 24 hour format
2. Create an event requiring confirmation
3. Sign-out of your Cal.com account / Open another browser without Cal.com session data
4. Modify your system timezone to Israel (UTC+2)
5. Open the event URL
6. Asia/Israel should be displayed on the bottom left [P.s. Israel is not in Asia]
7. Select a date
8. Time selection options (top right) are displayed in the 12 hour format (instead of the 24 hour format which is used in this timezone, and most of the world)
9. Change the time format to 24h
10. Select a timeslot
11. Data collection page shows the time in the 12 hour format (bottom right)
12. Finish booking the event by filling in the required fields
13. Review the emails received by Cal.com (organizer and booker) showing the wrong time format. They are also wrongly used in the event lifecycle (approved, cancelled, etc...) for both sides.

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?
